Who we are
Unnmukt Solutions Private Limited (USPL) was incorporated on February 2, 2022 to focus upon productive application of agricultural and Industrial residue. The company aims to provide alternative solutions to meet our daily needs by creating localised circular solutions. To begin with, the focus is upon producing industrially valuable products from agricultural residues such as biomass pellets for coal based thermal power plants. With a unique business model and winning technology, our immediate goal is to replace fossil-based products with sustainable products. We are a triple bottomline company having equal focus on profit, planet and people.
Our first manufacturing unit was inaugurated on August 7, 2022 at Bargarh, Odisha with a production capacity of 60 TPD biomass pellets. The unit is catering to the demand of Customers in near by location at competitive price.

Production of Renewable Compressed Natural Gas ("R-CNG")/Liquified Natural Gas : Drop-in Fuel for energy consumption in heating & transport applications. The company has received purchase confirmation of R-CNG from GAIL Gas Ltd. & a leading public sector unit has proposed to invest in the R-CNG project.

Biomass Pellets
Pellets are biofuels which are made from compressed organic matter or biomass. Pellets can be made from any one of these general categories of biomass: industrial waste and co-products, food waste, agricultural residue and energy crops.
In September, 2017 NTPC Dadri successfully did a trial run of co-firing biomass pellets with coal for the generation of electrical power. The Ministry of power issued the notification vide letter number 11/86/2017-Th.II dated October 8, 2021, that all coal based thermal power plants were advised to use 5-10% biomass pellets for generation of power through co-firing in coal based power plants with the exception of those power plants having ball & tube mill. 5% usage of biomass is mandatory from October 8, 2022 and 7% from October 8, 2023 in all coal based thermal power plants.
Biomass pellets are our first product being produced for coal based thermal plants based on the regulatory requirement established by Ministry of Power, Government of India, through its letter number- 11/86/2017-Th.II dated October 8, 2021.

Renewable Compressed Natural Gas
Compressed Natural Gas has more than 90% of Methane and it can be used as a "drop-in" fuel for energy consumption in heating and transportation applications.
Bio gas is produced by selective bacteria and yeast during the anaerobic digestion of any organic matter such as agriculture biomass, municipal waste, green waste and animal manure. Purified and compressed biogas produced after biogas upgradation can be suitably customised as per the end use applications. Apart from bio gas, the process also produces high quantities of Bio manure and Carbon dioxide.

The first unit of Unnmukt will be setup up at Bargarh, Odisha, which is also known as Odisha's Rice Bowl. Bargarh is well irrigated by the water from Hirakud Dam on the river Mahanadi. We have chosen Bargarh because of the following reasons,
- Rice productivity
- Rice straw production volume
- Consistency of production of rice
- The number of crops harvested in this region
- Ease of doing business in Bargarh
- Least susceptible to earthquakes
- Bargarh is close to Sundergarh and Jharsuguda industrial area which has high demand both by existing industries and city gas distribution companies
